We Learn About the Zones of Regulation

P5 introduced other classes to the Zones of Regulation in Assembly this week. Staff have recently received training, as part our work towards the Autism Impact Award. This strategy is useful for all children and we are rolling the approach out throughout the school. Children’s Mental Health Week provided the perfect opportunity. This P5 video explains how we can use the zones to identify emotions and ways to deal with them.
