We were very fortunate to have Daniel McLoughlin spend his 6 weeks student placement with us and he really enjoyed his time with the class and school. A past pupil and Newtownbutler lad, we wish him all the best with the future and his future teaching and thank him for his support with all the staff and kids particularly the P7 class. A gentleman and hopefully we will see him again in the near future 😃 I’m sure the P7s will look to Daniel for inspiration and follow his path in the near future! He also gave each of the students an Easter egg or sweets which was so kind of him and typical of his character 👏
We then played a prank (April 1st) and presented him with an Arsenal jersey before giving him his real jersey which was a Tyrone top (that wasn’t a prank 😅) and some of the children presented him with a card we made and some other things for his help in class! He spoke very highly of the P7 class and said he will return before they leave 😊
