Primary 5 Home Learning
7th May 2020
The children have been very busy over the past few weeks. They have been studying and writing their own sensory poems, around the themes of Summer and a favourite memory. The children have been using their numeracy skills to find parallel and perpendicular lines, acute, obtuse and right angles at home. They have been learning how to read 24-hour times and calculate time intervals. Using their knowledge of multiplication and division the children created ‘Figure Me Out’ quizzes. We have been learning about how light travels this week and the children completed a Light Bubble experiment. The boys and girls have even found the time to bake buns and scones, do some planting, create fairy gardens and play outside.
