Another busy week of home learning for the boys and girls in P1. In Numeracy children were using practical objects at home to explore doubles and halves. In Literacy children were continuing with sentence formation, learning new sounds and blending CVC words. For our topic ‘On Our Doorstep’ children explored recycling and how this helps our environment - they created art pieces using junk art. In PDMU children explored what has made them proud over home learning and drew a picture in a proud cloud, you should be very proud of yourselves!! Children took on a Lego Challenge this week, look at some of the wonderful creations they came up with. Well done boys and girls, I love hearing and seeing all the fantastic work you have been doing at home! 😃🌟👏🏻
