Joe Wicks (the popular fitness trainer) will be commencing 30 minute daily workouts from next Monday to Friday for kids of all ages. This will be on his Youtube channel and will start at 9am each morning from Monday to Friday. The first session begins on Monday 23rd March @9am. A number of parents and children are familiar with Joe and it is great to see people like him offering these services in uncertain times. This is a good opportunity to have your children up for the day, ready for the day ahead and physically active. Please make the most of this and get involved!
