Our P7 students have been working with Miss Teague from St. Kevin's, Lisnaskea and are close to finishing their bird feeders. This has been an eight week project where the students have seen the cycle of manufacturing a product to creating a finished article. They have had to use teamwork, initiative and T and D skills which will help them for their transition to secondary school next year. This week, the class painted their bird feeders and now have to bring in a water bottle for the final piece of their design. These bird feeders will then help attract birds and provide food and water for their safe living. Another example of taking care of our environment! They do look lovely!
