The pupils from P5-7 have been working on their Accelerated Reading targets all year. Half-termly Awards are issued and this week many pupils were awarded certificates for moving to a new level in reading. Those who met their targets were given prizes and those who had read a million words were given a St Mary’s USB writsband. James and Cormac both read 2 million words and they were both also given an Accelerated Reader trophy. Well done to all our ‘Super Readers’. Remember - the more you read, the better reader you become!
