200 touches daily challenge: get involved

The photo shows the popular 200 touches daily challenge which many clubs are encouraging their children to get involved with. I know I will be taking part in it as well to keep my skills ready for when the season begins again and I hope you will join me.
Remember: you don't need to play Gaelic football to do this. You could start from today. You could also adapt it to basketball, netball and other sports. Or even use it as a fitness circuit or running routine.
20 secs run- 20 secs off. Repeat 10-20 times.
